I checked. There are over 500 war game aps on G**gle Play and PIMD _isn't_ one of them. So, if war is your focus then you have over 500 other possible choices.
The reason there aren't as many wars? It's all about the moneh.. People are more interested in making big bucks, and growing fast.. Back when I was a noob, I wanted to grow to be more effective in war.. Farmed my ass off to get there (bc'd 3 days after pro parties were released ). Even hardcore war fiends have gotta admit, warring is not the best way to make money.. Every dollar you make is at risk of being lost if you're hit, and its war, everyone is a potential target.. But that's not what war is about.. Think of a close party.. Nerves are high, everyone is spamming, you're hoping yore gonna pass War is 100x more exciting and nerve wracking than that.. That feeling is what makes it addictive.. With parties, you can see the bar moving, see how much of a push you need.. Do the party often enough, and it becomes predictable how much time you need for what bar.. We've all seen it.. "15 mins to finish snark", "party is behind, guys" etc You don't get that with war.. you could be leading by 20b, then at smashed to the ground as opp dn all at once, dtw your top 10, close the gap, and hand you your ass on a platter BUT THAT'S THE BEAUTY OF IT You change tactics you dtw those pesky pests you team up with others, focus on one target, move to the next.. Every war is different, is never predictable.. And at the end, if its a close war, you'll be holding your breath, hoping the update of plunder swings in your favour for the win No, it's not the best way to make money.. But it's definitely an experience you can't get by hitting the "Repeat Action" button.. And you sure as hell don't here people talking for days, weeks, months about that "epic party" ?
If people don't want to war thats their choice. I would rather not war with players who would rather be else where.
instead of bashing op's idea, Ive got one from his idea. his right noobs need to be taught how to war. Theres many aspects to it. Pests etc. So by having a war with mixed stats would make sense instead of similiar stats. Then you would have an lcbc to protect, and good cows to be made.
