Jess: She frowns a little, hoping to get away faster, before raising her head. She didn't particularly look like a pirate and so she hoped he wouldn't recognise her. "Sure, go ahead," Jess said through force politeness.
Jess: "My names is er, Millie. And I work at," she said, hesitating for a moment. She was a bad liar and struggling to keep a straight face. "Yeah, I help work on a farm!"
Jess: "I was buying supplies for the uh, horses," she says, biting down on her lower lip to hold back a laugh.
Jason:Really? Then allow me to escort you. The port can be a rather violent place, after all... There ARE pirates on the loose.
Jess: "Okay, thank you officer. Yeah, I heard about the pirates. Have you caught any yet?" Jess was actually curious about this, hoping none she knew had been.
Jess: She hesitated for a moment, realising she actually didn't know anywhere which sold horse supplies. "It's okay, I have a few errands too do first anyway," she said, nervously fiddling with her bracelet made out of different rope-like materials.
Jess: She frowned a little but decided she could try and lose him in a shop or somewhere. "Are you sure? It's pretty boring stuff."
