Continued POV "Oh, My Gosh. You, just, CAN NOT, just can not Mum. I'll have breakfast but not the PROM! It's my LIFE!" I begged her. I practically flew to the dining table and started eating. Seriously, I had my head down, my back was hunched over the table and I wasn't talking till I finished. I watched mum sway up to me. So I swiveled on my heel and took to the stairs. Banging my door shut I packed my blue and pink mambo bag. I'd drawn the design for my prom outfit in my sketch book to show Linda. I knew she'd have a totally out-of-this-world dress and wasn't worried she'd steal the dress design. "Bye Mum! Bye Dad! I'm going to school now!" I ran down those stairs, jumped out the door and fell to the concrete pathway out the front. Dropping to the ground in pain I silently swore. I'm not the type that'd do it aloud. Sorry it's short! I'll have a bigger one tomorrow!
Cont. POV Slowly, I shakily stand up. "Damn you path, why'd you have to be so HARD and CONCRETE." I told off the walk away right outside my houses double french front door. Beautiful, strong dark birch wood and frosted glass door, Mum fell in love with it at first sight. Looking back at it, with my mind preoccupied, I automatically jog for the high school. "It's to col-ol-old out-side-i-ide. And ain't justify." I sing to the blue-beaked, blue chested swallows that follows you. "Ahhh, so sweet the sound, as like music to my ears, keep that sound, it's so sweet." The voice was coming from behind. "Seriously, you MUST become more patient, that was six minutes. If you'd like to scare me-" I swirled around to face him, "-please practice!" We locked gazes and burst out laughing. It's a small one but it'll do!!!
