  5. Not sure if the Op was referring to this but it’s very real. Unhygienic living conditions mostly in places occupied by homeless people, plus poor pest control management and many other (drug addiction related) issues. I gathered it’s mostly homeless and under privileged people that are affected by this.

  7. If under privileged people include minorities who are discriminated against then yes. It could be the simple fact that Californians don't wash their ass. I mean, it's not hard. Soap + water = a clean ass. Drugs? Y'all mostly do weed out there, right? I stayed away from all da junkies
