Haha I don't really bully  The ones I bully are good friends and people whom I know well. Is that considered bullying 

I think trolling can be bullying. Anything hateful is exactly that. The Internet is so ambiguous u never know exactly how another person may react to a negative comment. For those that say ppl who consider trolling bullying is a baby well maybe they are sheltered u don't know them and their background. Ppl maybe able to escape Internet bullying if it is a random thing but what if the victim is an introvert in the other side of the screen and the Internet is supposed to be their refuge in their life as well.

The best policy is to treat others the way u want to be treated.
