Are the pets tradeable?

 

Can someone explain to me why it only takes 15 minutes to level up a pet from 1 to 2 but it takes 3 hours to get from level 2 to 3? Also would like to know how long it will take to max a pet at level 30 if level 3 is only 3 hours can I expect level 30 to be more then 5 days for that upgrade alone?

 

Are the pets is giftable and their food?

Can my pet talk on campus so when I get silenced he can relay messages for me? If not I deem him useless.

I am a pet and it takes 20 ecs to change my name, how about my pets? ?
