"They were mentally stable. More stable than anyone else." Marcus stands, the baby held over his shoulder in the burping position. "Just try to trust me like Arija."
Zhar sighs. "I didn't want to do this..." Zhar puts multiple upon multiple of memories of children being told they were the reason of the death of their mother, and how mentally unstable they were later on. "There is no saying how things can turn out, Marcus. It's better to play it safe from here on out." (Btw, Zhar is acting slightly different now)
Marcus's eyes narrow at Zhar "I say something once and you go against me. Just trust me like Arija trusted me. My unorthodox methoding works."
Marcus rolls his eyes "if you're going to count my mistakes, I'll start counting yours." Serenity glares at Marcus "would you cut it out. Arija wouldn't want you arguing now! Both of you before you say anything Zhar."
"Then you would know that Arija wouldn't want you two arguing so get over your small petty differences because you loved the same woman who loved you both but is lead there dead! Instead of remembering and mourning her you are stood here arguing!" Serenity yells.
Selena: "thats enough! Despite Arija's body no longer has life i can sense her weeping. Do you want the woman you love to be saddened by your childish arguing?"
Marcus bounces the baby, Amose passes him a blanket to wrap him in, so Marcus does and watches the child as he slept.
Zhar looks up. "I'll be right back... Someone's calling me..." Zhar flies straight up into the sky, towards heaven.
Amie looks up at Kat "I almost had it then." She mutters, covering her face with her hands "why haven't I been able to save them." She says even quieter, drawing her knees to her chest. Amose goes over and when he does, Amie starts crying into his chest.
"What she meant is she tried saving Haven and that didn't work. Plus the fact we had to wait one hundred years for Haven and Marcus would probably wait that long for her reincarnation." Serenity says to Kat.
"But still, she'll miss every important step in this little guy's life." Marcus says quietly, rocking the baby gently.
