Marcus chuckles "I knew he never would. But how do you feel knowing another man repaired the heart you broke, in no fault of your own apparently, and helped her stay alive and find meaning in life again. You said you don't sin, why are you trying to score points against me? People only do that when jealous."
Zhar: "If that is your definition of jealousy, then you are jealous as well. And I am not jealous. I am protecting the family I created."
Marcus smirks before shaking his head. "I never said I'm completely innocent, and its fair to say, no one in this room." Marcus looks to the floor before looking back up at Zhar "you don't get it, do you?"
(I thought we were outside... Arija had vanished, and everyone but Zach, Arianna, and Grim followed. Speaking of which... Isn't Arianna still in the flaming house? XD ) Zhar looks at Marcus. "No, you don't understand. I am merely protecting my family. I will not be accused of sinning, when that is all I am doing." Grim distinguishes the fire at the house, and tidies everything up. He then goes over to Zach. "It's time to get up, Young Master."
Marcus smiles "I'm trying to protect them too. But that isn't the point I'm trying to make," Marcus picks up the rose he left earlier "they brought you out the illusion world now, so you can be angry at me because Arija is expecting our child, to cover up their petty mistake. So if they didn't mess up, this wouldn't of happened, so be angry at them."
Warren: "Do you really think that we let him out of the illusion world? The illusion was to teach him what he should do. It taught him to never give up on Arija, and to be the one hurt instead of her."
Marcus chuckles "if you hadn't make it seem like he was dead, I wouldn't be here. This wouldn't be happening. Zhar would still be with Arija and I would of killed myself. Maybe I should go and do that now, barely anyone wa ts me here anyway..." He says quietly at the end.
Warren places a hand on Marcus' shoulder. "You can go meet that girl, Catherine. It's no too late for that."
Zhar holds Arija close to him. "I remember when I had felt that way.... I once acted on it, and it wasn't worth the pain... I was reborn in right away since Satan didn't want me to die yet, but I still regretted it..."
Zhar looks at Arija. "As the trickster said, I never left because I wanted to. I never wanted to hurt you... I just never showed myself, because I feared you would hate me because I couldn't keep myself alive..."
Marcus flipped Warren "what did I say earlier because you're doing a bloody good job at it. Besides, why would I leave the people I love just because a couple of people don't want me here.I stay and fight, not run. Not anymore. What part of I don't want to be the man who repaired her heart and then tore it to pieces by leaving." He growls, but this time his eyes are normal.
Zhar looks at Arija, sadly. "How do you think I've felt?" Warren: "Zhar will not be one to tear up Arija's heart either. He has always fought for his life on the battlefield to keep her alive through everything. Have you ever risked your life for her?"
