Zhar gives Kat a devilish grin. "I was hoping you'd suggest that."

Suddenly, Warwick starts screaming. "Stop!! Stop it!! Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!"

 

Warren walks up to Marcus and punches him. "That was me. Zhar had nothing to do with that. How many times do I have to tell you that?"

 

Marcus flips Warren, pinning him to the ground by his throat "now what did I say? So you caused all of this then? You must be proud." He growls.

 

The fake Warren vanishes. "I only faked Zhar's death. Nothing more. The rest of the plan was made by Zandalor."

 

Marcus chuckles as he stood "so if you two didn't do that, I would be dead in a quarry and this situation wouldn't of happened. This could of been avoided. And another thing, if I get my hands on the real you, you are dead." His eyes mist over.

 

Warwick crashes through the wall. He lands inside the building, and tears form. "Please... No... Not like before...."

 

Warren: "We made him look dead because you didn't run the way you were meant to."

 

"He was dead months before I was here!" Marcus shouts.

 

Warren: "Zandalor saw everything that was going to happen years ago. He only saw what would truly happen a week before we made Zhar look like he died."

 

Warwick looks at Kat, crying. "I stopped feeling, because I had my life ruined by manipulators like you... If you can't feel, you can't be manipulated..."

 

Marcus growls again "okay I was trained as a soldier, that doesn't make me a bad person and it doesn't mean you need to shovel all your mistakes onto me and Arija!"

 

Warren glares at Marcus. "I was a soldier as well. And Arija isn't the one that's the problem here."

Warwick's feelings start swelling, becoming uncontrollable. "People like you are the ones that brought me to this! People like you are the ones that deserve to die!"

Zhar: "Kat, that's enough."

 

Marcus chuckles lowly, shaking her head "of course not. She's perfect, the best wife anyone could wish for." He turns around, facing away from the group. "I had nothing, until the academy gave me people to care about, what's wrong with that?" He questions.

 

Zhar growls at Marcus' comment. "So in other words, you are using my feelings for Arija and calling them your own."

 

Marcus shakes his head "no. Although I'm apparently, according to what you are all saying, a bad person. I raised your kids. I looked after them." Marcus looks round at Zhar, straight in the eyes "how much does it really hurt to hear Arianna say dad and then go oh because she didn't know you were in the room?" Marcus asks quietly, directing the question only at Zhar.

 

Zhar grins. "And how does it feel knowing Zach trusted me more than you, and always hated it when you were with Arija?"
