Well I suffer from it hun, and a bad case too. I am known to go from extremely calm to suddenly violent and attempting to beat the crap out of people. It's hard to live with, and it makes you feel ashamed of yourself for being 'broken'. But I can tell you hun, from one sufferer to another, the BEST thing you can do, is tell yourself you arnt broken at all, and BELIEVE IT! It may sound stupid, but once you are able to convince yourself that you arnt broken, that you are just you. Then everything becomes so much easier, and it makes you feel like you no longer have to be afraid or hate yourself. And the less your fear yourself, the less others will care to tease you because you won't react. It's hard yes, but know hun that there are others, and although we 'suffer' we are people too. People whom can too learn to love ourselves and believe we arnt broken.
maybe she really needs help and considering people don't like her(no offense..) then this is the second best community she has..
Find a friend who sticks up for you no matter their age, gender, etc. etc. Little tip of advice... Try talking to some of the more "unpopular" kids... They are usually really nice once you get to know them (personal experiance)
Why troll here when she is looking for support? I made a thread about my disease awhile ago, I didn't get trolled. What's the difference between a mental disease and a physical disease? I have depression and anxiety as well, and they show physical symptoms. They are very hard to go through especially at a young age! Even if she posted stupid threads before, get over it. Desi, you need to go see a counsellor and doctor. They will help you so much. Even if you choose not to take medication, there are a lot of ways people can deal with this stuff. I have been on meds for 8 years. They helped me, but everyone is different. You can always pm me if you need support XOXO
Hush, trolls, hush. I have a friend who's bipolar. She also suffers from depression and chronic bronchitis. And it sorta sucks. I'm usually a troll, and when I joke around, she's usually cool with it. However, I still have to watch my step, because sometimes she just gets mad. I noticed she usually gets upset after getting overheated in PE. But she joined swimming, and she's calmer now. My advice is to find your pet peeves, stay away from them, and get friends who understand you and will stick with you.
Look OP, if you're really suffering from bipolar, I feel for you. Unfortunate. Stay strong. If you are faking, piss off you little brat
It's a disorder when you switch emotions quickly. Like a person who's happy might suddenly turn angry.
I suggest you step away from here (because majority of these players are extremely, erm, yeaahh...) and go look for help on your own. Look up counseling places that help, some could even refer you to very good psychiatrists who can help you. Best way to gain control over it is to look for help on your own. Don't rely much on friends or family, their help will only ever go so far. That's what I've learned so far anyway.
