Yep, you're right kitty!  I dunno, when I read it outloud the first time I said "and" after it. But "and" is def a decimal point, cause when using cents it is said: "and" 37 cents... (If there was any cents after that number, which there is not). KITTY WINS SMARTEST PERSON ON THREAD. 
