This SP was made for more hardcore players in mind, like anyone whoās on the t100 leaderboard. It was definitely not made for the majority of players. Part of me thinks they only do the new weekly segment releases bc they want to see how fast those on the leaderboard finish it so they can up the point requirements accordingly to make it more challenging for them. Thatās why the max limit to ec items is higher than max limit for timer boxes, bc theyāre more than likely not gonna waste their time on those. Also ngl if they were release this without the having players wait for the new segment weekly, this story pass may be good; but only if they keep the old SP as an option for the average player. They couldāve made VIP and/or VIP+ avis an option if you buy this SP format, and regular avis for the old format. Bc of ridiculous amount of energy you have to put into getting those points that arenāt drops. I donāt even know if Iāll be able to finish this story pass.
379 points for one week is insane. Itās the equivalent of 19 cats, 64 kinis, 28 dogs, 76 dns or key boxes, or 190 timer boxes. This is only week 9, and things can get even more outrageous. Itās clear that this pass is designed to be impossible (or at least insanely difficult) to complete without spending ec items. This is definitely a strange place for ATA to give F2P players the middle finger, since story passes arenāt exactly free to begin with! It gets disgusting when you consider that every previous pass had free options, e.g. adding people, gifting, and pvp, to advance the story. Even then, the entirety of the ec routes for previous passes were easier than a single week of this pass, since you didnāt have to be the dropper in ec parties in the previous ones. Itās honestly impressive how they turned a paid experience into an obscene cash grab. Iāve already burnt through a huge stash of spins and speedups and canāt be bothered to keep going, so Iām tapping out after this week. If this is the format for future story passes, then this is probably the last one Iāll ever buy.
There's still 3 weeks of this... This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had to use this many resources to finish any of the other story passes. Why do you guys keep trying new things out and starting them off on insanely difficult levels? When you test something, you should start it out easy THEN make it harder, not just make it damn near impossible from the get-go! 379 points from other activities means, like, 200 timer boxes/leveling up pets. That is an INSANE amount of speed-ups. I bet y'all are trying to make us run through our speed ups so you can drop a new event or activity that requires us to use them, but wait, we blew through them for this ridiculous story pass. The rewards are still pretty crap, by the way.
After finishing the drops quest and the remaining 379 points? Come to think of it, it is very horrendous. Even if I have hoarded spinner tokens, speedups for timers-pet capsules-feeding, I would still say it is very horrendous. This is straight up forcing us to drop premium parties items, or opening boxes with pimkey. No fun and joy in doing story pass anymore since these bullcrap happened. Please, in the future, for the love of God, never do this kind of shyte again, ATA. Unless you don't care about your players, no matter p2w ones or f2p ones.
Oh and also, the XC template is so annoying. I believe we would like to have our XC boards organized, not scrambled like this. Thanks.
The next week extra points better be less than week 9. Otherwise it'd be impossible to finish a sp that we already paid for to start it. Me for myself SURELY won't buy vip version if this method is going to be the method of the next story passes even though these passes were one of the main reasons I was playing
From what Iām seeing the worst part about this whole thing it doesnāt seem like theyāre going to be giving us that much extra time to finish the SP. It finished in 23 days while the Avis and misc will only be in the store for 28 days. And there is no way thatās happening with how things are going.
