So I have cash in the bank I want to withdraw from so I can get new dorm mates. However I can't withdraw nor deposit cash from the bank! I sent in a help ticket, thinking this issue would be resolved soon, right? But it doesn't seem like it's much of importance to them, even though it is an important function of the game. Plus it's been months since I last touched it, (probably since they touched it too)... so I'm not sure how or why there's issues with it of lately. I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem as well? I think it'll be taken more seriously if more than a couple of ppl have this problem. I would just like for everything to be properly functional while I'm playing.
I honestly didn't think anyone used the bank anymore. I've never used it. How much does it say you have in the bank currently?
The bank rounds up. Do 1 digit lower then what it says you have. For example if it says you have 2.4t in the bank write in 2 380 000 000 000 (no spaces) If it still says no then change the 8 to a 7 and repeat until it works. Then once the number left is small enough that you can see all the numbers you can write that number to withdraw the rest
I tried accessing the bank on a another device and it works on there! I probably have to reinstall or something on my main device.
Have ya tried using a different device like another phone, tablet or pc? It works fine on my tablet, but not my main phone for some odd reason, even tho I reinstalled, cleared cache + data. (I have a Samsung)
