  3. I don't see why everyone is getting upset with pimd_c. It's not his/her fault for the reasons why we're having/lacking certain events/wars. pimd_c isn't the person responsible, he/she is simply here to relay messages to the community about what's going on. This is why you don't see red players around much anymore, you guys attack them the minute they show up. Give them a break

  5. My point is that people should just email ata, because pimd_c isn't responsible for promising anyone anything. Therefore, there's no point in bombing questions on them and getting angry at their responses.
     
  6. While true pimd_c interacts with the community and is supposed to relay our concerns to the developers. So it's kinda their job to take the issues. It's like a customer support center.
     
  7. Except that they're not a customer support center. ATA has a support staff and a link in the help section to get support. Pimd_c isn't listed by ATA to be a form of customer support

  15. They listen to feedback, that doesn't mean they'll fix your issues with the game. They're basically messenger pigeons. Doesn't sound like support, since support actually involves solving an issue, usually a technical one

  18. No ones complaining about silences and such which support deals with, they're trying to produce ideas to better the game in their opinion. Pimd_c's job is to listen to feedback. Which is what people are doing on this thread.
     
  19. And every customer support center I've called wants to know my satisfaction with their product and if it's working properly and if I do have advice they send it along. :)
