Ata is allowed to not give cretit if its not the exact image of someone. Also how Drakes avi is called "Midnight Bling". Cant get sued for their 'Own' Creation. Even though what Ata make is usually inspired off of something

Well it was their own choice in the end. Only thing i find odd is the amount of anti plagiarism that occured in the draw your own avatar event

 

They should use all those drawings from the create your own avatar threads. At least they are original.
