  10. No support. Alot of people go inactive as they need a break from the game at times. When/if they come back they deserve to have the stuff they worked for still there.

  20. in 2015 I re-logged in to an old account with over 50mcs and all that was gone even the name of my account, when I messaged ATA they said a automated system erases an account of no activity within a year and my case got closed.
