I'm also as a black person and a poc. It is quite possibly for poc to be racist towards other races or themselves. Ever heard of an Uncle Tom, I don't understand why you find it so obscene to think about? Like I don't see why you find it that hard to imagine a poc being racist, it's gross but it's a thing.
The chick who played Raven in, "That's So Raven," also doesn't consider herself black and neither does Bow Wow. Who cares? They aren't fully black nor do they represent us. Think about it like this, they do stuff for attention. They do it to attempt to keep their buzz going. It always fails. I've never seen a darkskin as black or blacker than myself claim to dislike darkskin women. What I don't understand is why some black men get judged for not prefering black girls. My personal philosophy is; "A mouth is a mouth." Men not included in dat philosophy. Now, you can't say it's internalized racism or colorist, because some don't prefer black women. I agree that it's bogus to not be sexually attracted to someone, because of how dark their skin is, but it's preference, not racism. We're all born without sexual preferences. It's nurture. What does anything have to do with them not fully being black, just because someone is not fully black have to do with anything in this discussion. Also remember Akon, he is darkskinned man, that refused to cast darkskinned women his music video why because they were darkskinned. Also I'm light skinned and been told to me face by both black men and white men that I'm pretty because I'm light skinned. So maybe you've been blessed by God to live in a wonderful fabulous community but colorism is a thing especially against darkskinned black women. But poc on poc racism does exist. It's not prejudice if he doesn't like darkskin booty. Maybe he just prefers seeing his handprints on bootys of lighter skin. You'd have to ask Akon what his issue is. Maybe he got so used to slaying darkskin booty dat he woke up one morning and said, "hey, there's a lot of ass out here. More than just darkskin booty. Let me try some new types of booty." We've never depicted people who aren't of color as thugs, gangsters or terrorists either. Besides from me joking about Akon, what have we done to people who aren't of color that can equal the terrible tragedy known as enslavement, grand theft country (get it, lol), teaching only about the history of the Holocaust... when the white man who killed 15 million Africans was much more worse. Speaking of the Holocaust, I think you can consider that colorism based off of this Aryan people only thing Hitler wanted. Jewish people aren't even a race, yet they were killed because of the way dat they look. I think I spelled it wrong. The point is, even in Africa, the genocide wasn't about race or color. It was about size basically and differences. To this day we fight over gang colors not skin colors, while people who aren't of color fight us, because of our skin color. Oh, in case I'm not taken serious, most Jews and Germans during Hitler's reign of terror had white skin. Blacks and gay people were also murdered. What people of color have against each other simply isn't not liking the way a skin tone looks. They simply aren't attracted to it.
