Really? That is incorrect. Judging is neither legal nor illegal. There is no right to judge other people, it is discriminating and rude, I admit I am judging trolls, but I judge in a manner that is justified by their bullying.

Danzo, there should be no justification. If I murdered a serial killer, would I be acquitted? No, because I still murdered a person. Maybe these bullies have been bullied, their father can be abusive. So that is why they bully, unless you know the full history, you can't judge.
