Maybe I should have written more and added more details .-. How some of these trolls are responsible for depression and suicide of people they troll, I do not it surprising kids do not realize that.

Danzo, bullies are everywhere. You have dictators, horrible bosses, human traffickers, yet you only care about a game! Why won't you stop these people before you stop a troll.
We need ideas? I believe that getting rid of trolls is the first idea. There is a movement in the United States, the Occupation movement, they told us at my college that they do not have ideas yet on how they wish to solve their problems. With any attempt to solve something or do something there is not always an answer or a plan in the start. What is important is that the movement gets started.
Trolls will never die. Your movement is rather encouraging, but reality-wise, trolls can never be easily defeated. Do not mind me Danzo. I am simply speaking my mind.

Nothing they are just WORTHLESS people with nothing better to do than bother other people. Their lives suck so much that they have to make other people feel just as useless as them.
Raver, trolls are nice people they bully people who make fail threads, in cyberspace. Bullies bully small people in real life for their personal enjoyment/gain. Yeah, that's pretty much the difference.
Let us see Occupy Wall street, pretty big movement. However, they have no plan! They are not doing anything against the 1%. The 1% are happily drinking coffee and watching from their corporate offices and are not scared of them at all.

The only way trolling will stop is if the president of the country makes it against the law. But I trust the government has better things to do
