I have only managed to get the way OP has mentioned. No other way.

 

That's been around for a long time, was easier before this update. The old way of holding a gift next to the one you want to spam and spamming that gift still works, though also not as well. but the combo spam still works.

 

Ever since I upgraded my phone to galaxy s6 spamming does not work anymore 

 

Might get android ?️

 

Just get a 1gb ram android phone :3
