They haven't replied to emails in years, as far as I know. I agree that the terms of use should be more specific, generally. I think I want to spit on the notion that the game should be made to feel safe and enjoyable. That has never been my experience of PIMD, and the better for it. I hate PIMD feeling safe, and I would not still be playing it if it didn't leave me on edge. The only really legitimate alts are those that are like a mini you who does parties, progresses, and grows just like you do on your main account. The terms of use say the alts should be playable because alts should be played, not used/abused. If your alt is just a tool, I don't think the devs are going to support that. We have become accustomed, over the years, to creating and using alts to suit our whims, whatever they may be. Most alts have been used because why would you make a mini-me? OG use case, before parties, items, and the proliferation of RP was farming alts. Mostly intel-built. 0) Mini-me alts 1) Farming alts People also used alts to RP discretely. 2) RP alts. That was basically it, for 6 years. Then trading came in and items' worths became clear, and soon afterwards, ec trading was introduced which lead to. 3) Item farming alts 4) ec transfer alts (ec trading died because of this) Nowadays, clubs have become a lot more sophisticated everyone is talking about "resellers" and maligning any trader who doesn't do it because they are mentally unstable with an unquenchable thirst for knick knacks so we have your 5) Item hiding/trade alts and 6) Club banks Also there were the bot-like alt clubs that are item-farming alts, just on steroids. 7) Bot alts. On my scale, only 0), 1), and 2) are valid. It would be interesting to hear from the devs which they intend to preserve and which they intend to eradicate.

To be honestly it will take more time like 24 hrs to get a reply from real person in ata help ticket. 🙂

I have alts and they work just fine... i'm suspecting there are more reasons why ATA banning those alts... tbh ATA could track every alts move, read our pm, etc etc... It must be something suspicious going on with those alts... because look! even the complainer didn't dare to post with their main...
Does anyone know how to delete the banned account to make a new one? When I removed the app and reinstall again, it goes back to the account that is banned.
I don’t think you can. They don’t want you to make a new account. Banning is done by device. Once you’re banned on a phone, you can’t make a pimd account on that phone anymore
You cant. You cant unlink the account without accessing it. You can try clearing game cache but yehh. Technically ban hopping is against tou as well and can lead to a automatic ban on the new account
Yo I know two ways to create a new account on same device: a) Factory Reset your device and then Install PIMD again. They will allow you to create new one. b) It’s a secret I can’t share it here. 🙂
Believe me or not… I will buy ATA someday and unban all the accounts which got banned for false reasons.🙂 👉🏻👈🏻
