How to be noticed?? Go to some arts univerity or something then do your best there. x) Pardon me, I don't know much about that but... Maybe you can start as an extra or some small roles and do your best there. A lot of actors started from small roles, so, yeaaah.
try taking part in lil concerts held at your place (if available) and start having a study course on how to act in the university

You need plenty of experience and memorizing a monologue isn't the main focus with acting. You have to be good and believable.
If you want an agency, try to google some in you area. Or try the phone book️ Make sure you interview them and see if you think they are going to guide you in the right direction also, try not to hold back when acting. Give it your all, and try and put yourself in the characters place️
I want to be an actress and I'm going to go to a university of performing arts I think in New York, not sure yet but I'm usually just looking for random monologues on the Internet and I just practice them out loud. Then I start acting it .
