My account was hacked and I’m trying to get it back they have my email and fb that’s connected and when I sent message to ata support they have yet to reply I am ready to verify it’s mine but noooo they don’t wanna reply or do anything
It’s a slow process. One of my friends account is still being user by her scammer. We even had the original users name but still they’re both active accounts. Don’t get your hopes up ??♀️
Not sure how the account would’ve been hacked unless you leaked your info or had a terribly easy password to guess but you’ll just have to wait for ATA’s reply. There’s nothing that we on forums can do for you. Good luck! Locking now
