Brown rice is healthier tho isnt it? Cuz white rice is brown rice but with the outer layer of nutrients stripped off or something
Brown rice is known for causing indigestion and being too fibrous. That's why ppl started stripping the husk in the first place. Crazy ppl nowadays insist on everything being in it's natural state. The same ppl who think white potatoes are bad for us and sweet potato fries are somehow a healthier version than normal fries
We were discussing 'too much' not 'in moderation.' Obviously fibre has health benefits. Brown rice is too fibrous tho, it's better to get fibre from fruits/veggies/oats/other simpler grains
Have less rice. You ain't gotta eat it like you're povo. Keep your plate balanced like the modern nutrition mongerers that we are
hold up, isn't it the other way around for constipation? Like, you get constipation if you lack fibre?
Can do both. You need a certain balance and can't go over that. If u eat enough veg and fruits tho brown rice will quickly push u over the acceptable amount of fibre
