Yes, a nuclear option shouldn't be ruled out. But saying" if we have bombs why aren't we using them?" And "I'd bomb the hell out of them(not 100% sure on this quotes wording but it's similar)" are two very different things from saying the nuclear option shouldn't be ruled out. Clinton understands how war works, she is damn well aware that if America nukes anyone for anything less than well, losing a war and being invaded by another country, which wouldn't happen with Russia, America would be up a creek without a paddle(not that it wouldn't be anyway at that point). Trump doesn't seem to quite grasp that tit for tat works on a fission bomb scale.
