Ever since you have changed the format of hunt, and significantly increase number of promos (4 promos in 2 months), you should hv the numbers to see how many new joiners you can retain per month, how many players with diff game years of experience slow down their activity or even dropped out. Study them. The frequency of promos reminds me of a business fighting for survival but not looking for growth. Pushing everyone to the limit in your back to back hunts, you take all the fun out of this game. We come here to play, not to work for you or stress ourselves out. Look at your revenue numbers in detail, average spending per player maybe higher, how about your total number of spenders? Is your total revenue contributed from a shrinking customer base?
