Wrong. But whatever. Bottomline is you're overreacting and getting hard pressed over the dumbest thing. I don't celebrate Easter or Christmas and yet you don't see me posting in the forums complaining about religious hunts. With everything wrong in the world right, THIS is what you're upset about? Lol. Okay child.
Towards all the religious bants: not one thing about how this game portrayed last hunt was Jesus centric. Why is it that it's rarely the people who enjoy darker themes [even demonic] going off during Easter/Christmas/ Ramadan etc - but always the Christians with something to say? 🤔 Just an observation.
Kudos on design of the avatars and the dorm furnishings, as well as the concept for the PPOTD Drop! With that being said, I personally feel that this would have been better suited for a "Halloween" event, than now... A respite from the various themes related to fantasy, lore and/or the supernatural -- which seemed to have dominated a sizable portion of the previous hunts -- would have been quite welcomed.
And guess what, I’ll continue overreacting - if you don’t celebrate religious hunts, good for you but non-religious people celebrate them anyways LMFAO. You have nothing to complain about because religious hunts don’t affect you in any way shape or form. I’m allowed to be upset when this game constantly disrespects Christianity. Why don’t they release demonic hunts right after Diwali, or Eid? Makes 0 sense LMFAO. Everyone comfortably disrespects Christianity and it’s embarrassing. If you’re not religious you have no right to tell me how to feel, but I take it that you’re the type to do that anyways. Stay pressed “Child”. 🤗
I know the game is not religious, but for a little context, so people can understand, why it "triggered" me; I live in a small village where 85% people are Christian and so is my family. So of course we celebrated everything and right after celebrations ended I opened the game .. just to see demons and it didn't felt right. 👁️👄👁️ If it was a little later, I wouldn't say a thing and maybe even like it more than I do now. Cuz even if I'm religious, I do enjoy this type of hunts and even have some avis of this type I like to use. (I even gifted you complimenting your avi, judge me lmao😭) In the end, you can never please everyone. Hope it makes at least a little sense. 🥹
This is pretty cool. I don’t know how many more scary themed events we need to do, but at least it looks cool this time.
I don’t think it should be on any of us to perceive another’s mindset about their purpose, their sense of forever or lack thereof, or the choices in the timing of a commercial gaming app’s hunt. Instead, i hope we appreciate each other’s differences and the creativity and gaming experiences the ATA company has afforded us. But since this issue has been driven by the timing of this year’s Easter, i lean on Paul’s letter to the Romans in verse 10:6: “But the righteousness that is by faith says: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down) 7 “or ‘Who will descend into the deep?’” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).” Paul never disparaged the Romans who imprisoned and later executed him, he upheld their differences while preaching forgiveness, love, and compassion to the Centurions that guarded him. But as Jesus shared in Matthew 5:29: “If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.” If the canon of any hunt disturbs you, it is just a game for your entertainment and a two week break hopefully won’t set you too far back. But I hope many of you won’t as your presence in PIMD and outlook toward life is greatly appreciated.
