It depends which one you are referring too
Some are earned by progressing in the hunt quests / tiers
Some avatars can be earn if you are lucky by opening the lite hunt boxes or by opening hunt boxes with a pimd key (cost 10 e.c. In the shop)
Others can be earned by being on the leaderboard

 

It seems that the avatar can be earn by being in the top 100 at least of the leaderboard

 

Trading last hunts furni for this hunts furni!! Also buying hunt furniture
