Robert He starts out with stretches and a game of "wall-tennis" with his coach. Once he has warmed up he starts practicing somersaults and working in his take-offs and flips from a block into a crash mat. Then moving on to a trampoline to practice more somersaults and flips, and also to build his core strength. After a quick breather he moves onto strength and body building. Before wrapping up his morning training session he does a few post workout streches them an hour of diving practicing take-offs and entries from the lower 1, 3 and 5m boards, along with handstands
