We used to bob for apples at halloween parties. Ofcourse im short so i had to use a stool

We did both bobbing for apples in a basin of water and from a string. My parents always pushed money into the apples but I never knew if it was just something they did or if it was tradition and other Irish families did it.
We also had to keep our hands behind our backs.
