When it happens to me I save up my cash and wait till the player is in war and I COMPLETELY STRIP THEM.

I always check if the tut is over 1b, I don't hire ANY tut if the player is in Pwar or system war. I have once before, but I dv'ed all lost cash back to the player.
I dont look at pupils when i hire and i dont expect people to look at my page when they take my tuts. Stop doing pwars and it wont be an issue

A message for all, because i know not everyone does this. If you are in war, put it in status or it is your own fault if tut gets hired away. Its your responsibility to make it known you are in war, not everyone else to check if you are in war. I know nothing of this situation.
I dont do system wars, never liked them but you can strip me if you ever catch me in one. Its only a game so nothing to get upset over
