Actually Most people are " BIG " because of How NOT active they are, and some people have slow metabolisms com paired to a skinny kid who can eat alot and not gain a pound

I went on a cruise last summer and I weighed in at 134 pounds, I had around 4-5 meals a day and alot of snacks all day

For 7 days, I gained maybe 1 pound at the end even if I ate More then 8-10 pounds of food

 

Burns I was born and bread in the south I was 94lbs in high school are like a horse til I got cancer of the thyroid and had it removed that's why I'm 150 now not because I don't eat healthy or don't excerise because I lost the very thing that helps u control ur weight so Lund I hope ur happy now u know why I'm not as skinny as a stick
