  16. My first silence was for mentioning a console game. Apparently since Xbox has an online network, and I mentioned an xbox game, I was asking for third party information. When I told them to direct me to the part of the ToU where they specified that console games count as third party apps, it was a link to a forum for a different ATA game. They screw up a lot.
