  9. My downtown has a great homeless shelter but they aren't open during the day as an attempt to encourage people to find jobs.

  13. It's always been bad here, but not as bad as my hometown. It's always been bad there and last time I visited, people were literally selling cocaine on the street corner and no one batted an eye.
