I can give at least four reasons why drinking lemon water is much better. For one, it strengthens your immune system if you drink lemon water for a while. Two, it aids your digestion. Three, it really helps to clear your skin. Four, it actually helps to freshen your breath! If it takes away the hydration, I guess you could just drink more water.
