To get ec you can simply redo the easiest job (which is easy to complete for all stats). And to ug, jobs are not the best idea, instead try partying or farming inactives.

 

You can do any job and if it is successful there is a chance that you will get ec. I recommend doing easy ones because you will not fail on them.

@sky, Thats because you finished a job set. And yes ypu can, i recommend the easiest one.
