That sucks, I usually drive out to the middle of no where cause its the best place to see the sky and also the least interrupted
Training and riding horses to get them fit to compete. I find the daily consistent repetition calming and purposeful, a means to an end.
In all honesty, it's my Thursday therapy. Before the ST therapy, I have physical therapy for my left knee, old military injury. Then after, I have ST therapy. It helps clear mental trash and negativity. Basically Thursday is my Friday.
I like to lay in bed with AC listening to music I wouldn’t be caught dead listening to in public, watch movies, brainstorm new ideas for movies, and discover new tv shows and over examine why I like it/ why it’s so popular. Then I write things I’ll never show anyone (screenplays, story ideas) Eat fattening food, play with my dog, go for walks or swimming,etc.
