Actually, the mod guide was NOT written by fallingstars, it was in fact written by someone else and just got transferred to her name when the original thread creator left the game. So BWIP, read the guide and don't be ignorant
Common misconception noobs get is that mods are supposed to help them. Their job is t moderate players behavior. Basically pimd police. You say something you're not supposed to, they'll silence you. Bottom line. They do not have to explain how to make money. They do not have to hire you. They don't have to explain the game to you. Stop crying and play the game.

Basically, this is based on my personal experiences with these mods, what I see them do as moderators. Not based on people complaining about them, or how they are unfair or biased. You may disagree but it's my opinion and we are all entitled to our personal opinions. Evaluation of every current mod: • Name of Mod: -Sir-Nekkie- 1. Keep up the good work Ps: If a mod makes a mistake.... About a silence they correct it and apologize for the inconvenience. If abusing their power means they are doing their work correctly then they should continue . Mods are allowed to chat to others on campus it's not illegal. They need to talk to the community to do their jobs anyways. And if you haven't noticed... Mods are busy.. If one wants to have a conversation and then answer questions it's their right to do so. Mods are also players but do have a job to do. Keep that in mind. And if you ask why you got silenced.... You should really read the Pm from PIMD to figure out why you where silenced. If you read the Rules and followed them you wouldn't have to question your silence. And btw, even sometimes the mods are unsure of a particular thing that is said that they believe could be silenceable but they work with support everyday to clarify what the particular solution is for the situation at hand. Anyways like riccena said if they aren't doing their jobs properly they wouldn't be mods for a reason. Remember they are Human and they make mistakes. And if you got silenced "Unfairly" you should be emailing support about it. They will tell you if it's fair or not. PSPS: I see you Jen and Nekkie lurking on here . I appreciate everyone's suggestion that I should be a mod but quite frankly I would abuse the hell out of my powers by silencing those who ask for bumps or have swag or smexy in their name. At which point y'all would start one of these threads about me. Show your support for bigblock! If you want bigblock as a mod, send him crab gifts because nothing says "I love you" or "I support you" like giving someone crabs. BBFM
Most mods do a great job explaining, but I will say I have noticed one mod who lurks and refuses to answer questions. I know that because I've asked questions during a time when ppl were getting silenced left and right. I asked again as soon as my message disappeared. I want able to go on this particular mod's wall because he/she didn't type in wc once, so I have no idea who it was. That is the only real complaint I have. I do know that most of the mods do their best, besides my frustration with that one mod that one time, I have no complaints with the mods. Anytime i've had an issue or a question and asked, besides that one time, I have always gotten an answer.
