I hire who I want, not wait for someone to give me permission. If the person wants them back, all they have to do is hire them. I hate it when they come and cry on my wall! As well as if you hire my tut, if I want back I'll hire, if I don't, then I'll save for a more expensive tut. For example, last night 3 tuts were hired from me. I will use that money to buy a tut 3 times as strong as the other three When a tut gets hired from you, 2 good things are possible: If you decide to keep, your tut reaches a better price so that it won't be hired again. If it is overpriced, then you don't have to worry about bumping it in the future. If you decide not to keep, you have more money for a better tut. \(^_^)/

But I was doing real war another day and they kept hiring my tuts. I think it's okay to borrow tuts in war. After war, you can always hire back. No harm at all ʗɑɴdყ
But don't tutors have a say?? What if tutor doesn't want to be hired? I mean if pupil took time to help tutor grow then he or she should keep especially if tutor wants to stay with pupil.

If tutors don't want to get hired, make sure they don't upgrade and become underpriced and get hired by others. Tutors should also make sure pupil is not in strip farm war nor a trader to minimise chance of been hired away.
I believe in open tutor market, even in war. If they weren't meant to be hired in a war the hire button would be designed so that it wouldn't work. If you're in a war you should be active enough to buy a new tutor or rehire without losing money anyways.
