My personal experience to determine criteria for CCBC:
1. CCBC will have status "tut shop open", then when 450k hires a 30b tut, they will hit 
2.CCBC Upon getting hit, will cry to their pupil, gf, club owner, how they are just innocent party guyi.e. Playing dumb
3.When u say SFW, they become confused, and ask "Oh, you meant SMH?"
4.they have minimum of 10 active 700cs tuts @6b

This is stupid, CCBC will be at a disadvantage if they are just now t6 bc since they will not have the tutor bonus of someone who has Lcbc'ed a long time ago. It's not based off who has more experience since there is that gap.

Most if not all of Rehab BC's are lcbc.
They do CC now for the cash, duh.
And drops and other shit.

 

 i don't see why old players treat those ccbc's like trash just because they downloaded a game later than you. If you just came to a game you wouldn't try to beat it in the fastest way possible?
