  3. The market has changed. The price list should be updated to reflect this.

    -OR-

    There should be two price lists. One that shows the appropriate hire values of inactive tutors and one that shows the value of ACTIVE tutors.

    There are two distinct markets out there and no one ever seems to acknowledge that. You can NOT compare the price of an inactive tutor to an active one.
