Trading tutors is one of the easiest and most effective ways to earn PIMD cash. I've created this guide so beginners know what to look for. Below are prices and kcs ranges of tutors. Most tuts who fall in these ranges are good buys and you'll obviously want to hire towards the top end of each spectrum. A few things to consider: 1. An active tutor is one of the most important factors when tut trading. An upgraded avatar, recent wall posts and a reasonable amount of fights are good factors to look for. 2. Politics can be a large influence on trading. For example, the cujo/mag strip farm war has opened up the option to buy some great lcbc at cheap prices. Beware though, if you hire a terror or someone in one of these SF wars..they will more than likely not be upgrading because they are usually broke. 3. After much trial and error, I've found out exactly how much money you get from selling a tutor. This is important if you are wondering whether trading tuts is worth it for you. Multiply the current price of the tut you own by .0150562 and that is how much profit you will get from selling. It should be exact down to the dollar. 4. Respect the people you hire from. Your goal is to buy and sell as fast as you can but don't buy 5 from the same guy..you'll just piss them off. 5. Finally, don't spend all your cash on just one tutor. When you have 100b buy two or three. It's always a crappy feeling being stuck with a tutor for a month because he never upgrades. And here are the prices/kcs 1B - 7 to 8.5kcs 2B - 9 to 11kcs 4B - 16 to 19kcs 6B - 24 to 26kcs 8B - 31 to 34kcs 10B - 36 to 39kcs 15B - 50 to 53kcs 20B - 63 to 67kcs 25B - 73 to 79kcs 30B - 81 to 84kcs 35B - 92 to 96kcs 40B - 100 to 107kcs 45B - 109 to 111kcs 50B - 113 to 118kcs 60B - 127 to 132kcs 70B - 144 to 148kcs 80B - 159 to 165kcs 90B - 172 to 185kcs 100B - 190 to 121kcs 125B - 228 to 240kcs 150B - 277 to 295kcs 175B - 340 to 370kcs 200B - 376 to 390kcs If you're trading above that, you're prob just as good if not better than me. Good guide. How did you work out your prices? I was told half the KCS is the price.. Eg... 90kcs 45b...
One issue here... I upgrade every few days, sometimes even twice a day on the rare occasion that I can afford to buy dn and the nurse works. I'm never broke, though.
