There's already a guide on leveled furniture and it's pretty accurate (it shows prices up to level 3). I personally don't pay that much more for leveled furniture.
This basically depends on the seller/buyer and I answered questions on Celestia furniture before. Use the FAQs for rarer VIP/BB furniture as reference.
Sorry if this has been asked already, but how much would you say a level 1 co-z desk goes for? Thanks!!

I will say prices have dropped from the moment that guide was made as more and different furniture comes out, as it becomes more common, and/or the hype dies down. For instance, I’ve seen a player advertising their Co-Z desk for 10 bentos and the guide says 15. The Midsummer 999 was being advertised for sale at 30 bentos and the guide says 55. Still pricey I’d say but not as much anymore.
