I’d say 15-18b (second opinion recommended lolz) Primsey 25b (second opinion also recommended), Still Life 10-12b, Artist 8-10b, Autumn Door 18-20b I’d say 8-10b, it’s fairly old (second opinion wouldn’t hurt) Abv bed 15c, Chair 1b, Rug lvl 1 25c, 499 lvl 1 3-4b, Portal 15-18b, Cat Tree 20-30b (pretty big range because buyers vary) Not sure if there’s a guide, mostly these prices go off the BF items being common and people buying cheap these days unless it’s a lvld bed/desk etc I’d say 5-6b (I believe it was better liked than the bed since I saw lvl 1 bed for 3b while lvl 1 couch went for 4b)
