  7. Wow, the updates are becoming better 

Okay Em(emmzo), but I don't really like love stories. I'll check it out though 

  8. Here's a quick (and quite boring really) little update because I love you all so much 

I woke up in Arthurs arms. I scrambled out quickly, wondering how the hell that had happened. It was early in the morning. I could tell not only from the sunrise I saw when I opened the window, but also from the stench of fresh blood. The screaming would begin soon. I went downstairs and almost sat on Lucas. He was lying down on the sofa, but one quick look told me he was wide awake. He got up and made room for me on the sofa, but I walked off into the kitchen and made some coffee. I yelled back into the living room.
    "Hey Lucas! Want some coffee?"
    "Sure!"
I found a couple of mugs and poured the steaming liquid into them. I went back to the living room, gave one of the mugs to him and sat down as far away from him as possible. Arthur walked in, his hair a mess.
    "Ooh coffee! Thanks!"
He took my mug of coffee before I could move out of his reach and sat down with a wink. I grumbled a few threats and went to make more coffee. When I came back, Cassandra was shaking and being comforted by Lucas.
"what's wrong with her?" I asked.
"Oh she gets nightmares. It happens most nights. Don't worry, she'll be fine."
Nightmares. I used to have them. My family being killed, my old friends being ripped to shreds, me all alone with no weapons, surrounded by mutants and monsters and bloodlusts. I still get them sometimes. I wonder what hers are about? Does she see her brother being killed? Her being left all alone? Poor girl. I wonder if she knows what her parents looked like? I sat back down and drank my coffee, deep in thought.
