*walks until can't see tents and looks for clues*

 

- I look at Alida and whisper -

Are you ok?

 

( and we passed a hobo and a flower)

-I carry some firewood back to the campsite. I lay it down next to the fire and go to take a step and trip falling flat into the fire. I quickly roll out of it rolling around on the dirt to put myself out. I get burned but not badly. I curse under my breath-

"Blasted fire!"

 

-I watch Alida as she picks up the ring that fell from my hand as I fell-

 

-I slowly pick myself up off the ground wincing at my burns. I look at her not knowing what to say-

"A-actually...from me..."

 

"Here's a first aide kit, Sal"

-wincing from the pain of the knife stab-

 

-I push it away-

"You think that's gonna help me being burnt everywhere?"

 

"Sorry, guess not, look I'm hurt here I can't do anything."

-winces again-
