Omo!! Thanks so much Andi!! *ahem* I will be updating tonight. If my grandfather doesn't catch me on my iPod.
A/N: Sorry for not updating in so long! Did I mention that Saori revealed the bloodbath tributes? --- -Chapter 11- Trainingay One, Part One Tiffany's POV After lunch, I drag a groaning Daniel over to the first-aid station in the Training Center. He's been itching to try out the weapons, especially the tridents, but CalliRose has forbidden us from even touching them until the second day. I guess we're lucky that for the Death Games, we're permitted to enter and train for another four hours until bedtime. So on both days, we get to train for a total of twenty hours. We learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation and basic healing techniques, plus some plants effective in healing stings and wounds. After about an hour of patching dummies up, we move on to the fire-starting station, then the knot-tying, and finally the camouflage. We paint ourselves into lakes and valleys and caves, since we're not going to be there for each other when we're in the arena. We spend more time on the edible plants station. Neither of us know much about plants anyway, except for seaweed and a few other water plants. The six hours fly by, and soon we're ushered into the dining hall, where I slip my hand out of Daniel's and join Kai and the Eight and Nine tributes for dinner. I can tell Echo isn't too pleased with me and Kai joining their alliance. I avert my eyes from her and sit down in between Faun and Midnight. The atmosphere is tense, and I raise my eyebrows at Midnight, asking, What happened? She mouths back, Faun and Echo had a fight. She leans in closer and whispers into my left ear, "He wanted to focus on the basics, and she wanted to dive straight into weapons." I stifle a laugh. The twins are always fighting for one reason or another. I turn my attention back to my dinner, which turns out to look good, but is just a mishmash of potato slices, chopped ham, and vegetables in an omelette, generously doused with thick gravy. I'd expected something more...fancy. I take a bite, and it's surprisingly good. I lose myself in the meal, ignoring Kai's attempts to start a conversation. Daniel's POV I finish up the last of my gravy, then stand up, taking the plate to a cart. I slide my plate onto a tray, then remember. I forgot to take my glass! Figures, since I don't drink orange juice. I am rounding the corner, walking towards the Career table when I hear it. The voices. Or rather, Victor's voice. His words shock me, making me freeze in my place. So do the murmurs of assent that follow. "We kill Odair in his sleep."
Omo, I can't believe it... I wrote for almost an hour... And I only get that little to post Sorry... T.T
