A rant is to speak or shout about a topic in an aggressive or impassioned way. I believe I sounded quite monotone. Pointing out someone's mistakes and talking about facts doesn't impassion me at all.
What does me reading rants have to do with what I just posted? I gave you the dictionary definition of what a rant actually is and then I explained what I did.
Successful rants are not monotone. I used to write them on forums way before I was moderator. Funnily enough, mine actually attracted an intellectual conversation between all forumers and players.
1) 8 pages is not a successful thread. If you look at other threads, they are several hundred pages long. If you even looked at others, they're 20 or so pages. 2) If she thought it was monotone, that's her opinion. It's really a matter of perspective. She never said yours was monotone, though.
I see 8 pages of people calling you out on a previous mistake, of you comparing someone to a bitch, of you attempting to talk up your image and failing, of you getting your 'favourite movies' character incorrect, of me pointing out the issues with this thread and of you trying and failing yet again to make yourself look better... A successful thread - many pages of conversation about the topic the OP raised. A fail thread - OP getting themselves trolled and their topic being laughed at for many pages. And which point did your brain lie about this being successful to you?
