Chapter 5 Emma's POV Sitting here was more painful then I had thought. I must have been avoiding my friends for way to long, spending all my time with Elijah. I really didn't seem to be able to keep up with conversation. "So what are you going to be wearing to the schools festival?" Lily said with an eager grin at Alida. "I'm not sure really, but I'll find something eventually." She said with a chime-like laugh. I watched Sal's reactions to her, gritting my teeth a bit. What was wrong with me, I was the one who dumped him.. But was I ready to let go.. I knew I loved Elijah more then any one, but I grew so used to Sal being only mine I guess I was having a heard time letting go completely. "A school festival, please don't tell me you want to go to that." Elijah whined with a glare. "Heck yes we have to go." I grinned watching his hand stroking my leg. He groaned. "It's a lot of fun Elijah, I promise." Lily grinned. "Hey right." He sneered, and leaned back putting his feet on the table. Alida tensed looking at his feet in front of her. "Get your feet down, you'll ruin the table." She spoke to him with a raised brow. I bit my tongue to hold back some not so nice words. Elijah could handle himself though. "Hmm let me think...no." Elijah smirked. Alida's eyes narrowed looking back at him. And gently put her hand on Elijah's foot. "Ouch!" He growled pulling his legs down. Alida smiled innocently. "What's wrong Fang, did my girl hurt you?" Sal chuckled with a slight smirk. "I'm going to hurt you if you don't shut your mouth." Elijah snapped. "That's enough." Alida said locking her eyes on Elijah with a deadly look that I didn't expect to see. Elijah watched back at her, gritting his teeth before crossing his arms and looking away from her. Elijah was really acting weird, and I was beginning to get worried. Bump? Who's team are you on? (just curious) Team Elijah? Team Salrion? Team Chris? Team Emmanuel? Team Jareth?
