Emma's POV When Elijah was back I breathed in relief at his now calm expression. He sat down beside me, pulling me into his lap kissing the top of my head. "I'm so sorry," He said lowly, a pinch of pain in his voice. "It's ok.. As long as you pick me." I said, cuddling to his chest. "Always." He nodded, holding me close. I smiled, now relieved. Alida came back onto the room after a while, and I rolled my eyes as Salrion ran to her looking her over, and embracing her. "Elijah, it's your turn.." Lily said, looking slightly excited. "Alright.. Jareth, truth or dare." Elijah said shortly. Jareth narrowed his eyes a bit. "Dare, I'm no coward." He said with confidence. "I dare you.. To.. An hour later Taylor's POV I watched as my friends all goofed around, having fun and laughing. I felt like I didn't belong here.. With Justin, it felt like I could fit in any were.. I stood, looking down at my feet, and walked to Lily. She noticed my distant look and paused putting her hand on my shoulder. "You ok sis.. You want to leave?" She asked looking me over. I knew she didn't want to leave, but I did, I had to just get away. "Yes, but I'm going, you stay, I'll meet you at home." I muttered. Lily bit her lip. "Are you sure, I can get Jareth to walk you home?" She offered, but the look on Jareth's face said he really didn't want to be away from Lily. "No, I'll be fine.. Bye." I said lowly and made my exit. I walked down the smelly apartment stairs and outside to the cold night air. I clutch my coat for a minute, and walked swiftly down the street, keeping my eyes on the ground. My heart burned as Justin's face clouded my thoughts, making my every step more and more dizzy. Before I could even realize I was going the wrong way, a loud yell came from behind me. I turned to see two men, carrying a case of beer, both walking in crazy directions, slurring their words loudly. I turned walking a bit faster forward, until the brick wall of an alley stopped me. I cursed under my breath, as I leaned my back against the wall watching the drunks come towards me. "Taylor.." I heard through a whisper in the wind. It was Justin's voice. Tears stung in my eyes, so the two men on front of me were now blurs. "Hey there pretty lady, how's about we have some fun." The first drunk slurred, hitting his bottle of beer against the wall and pointed the jagged part at me. My heart was beating so fast I was sure they had to hear it, my legs shaking my whole body now. The wind again howled around me, bringing Justin's voice back to me. "Taylor please fight.." It sounded. His sweet voice stung me, reminding me of our every second together. I looked to the men less afraid. "Yes," Is all I could spit out. Now we would be together, Justin and I, after these men kill me, I will finally have Justin back. "Oh we have a winner, this will be fun." The other drunk said letting his hand run the length of my body. I shivered in disgust but stayed still. Then I felt a smash to my head, and I was falling down. Bodies were all over me, invading my personal spaces with rough filthy hands. I gritted my teeth in agony and fear. I'm coming Justin. After a minute I began to feel harsh stabs at my stomach as the one kicked me. I cried out, my mouth bleeding now from one drunk kicking me in the mouth. This would be over soon.. I hoped. But when I felt my clothes now being ripped off me, is when I really began to scream. I hadn't intended this.. I thought they would just kill me..! My weak attempts did nothing, and soon I was going through the worst agony imaginable. That's when I blacked out. --Her Dream-- At first it was all dark, just a big void of nothingness. Was this death, were was my Justin then? As if answering my prayer Justin appeared in front of my, a look of sadness on his face. My heart squeezed and I ran to him, hugging him tightly with sobs. His arms came around me, his chest heaving as he let out quiet cries with me. "Taylor, why didn't you fight..?" His voice sounded so far away even though he was right here. "I wanted to die.. I wanted to be with you again." I said, resting my head on his shoulder. His hand went up into my hair, stroking my head soothingly. "Taylor no, it's not your time yet, you can't die.. Not now." He said seriously "B-but why, don't you want us to be together?" I said years returning to my eyes. He hugged me tighter. "Of course I do Tay." He whispered softly. I swallowed back my sadness, closing my eyes. "Then why?" I asked lowly. "Because, they need you.." Justin said his lips on my forehead. "Who could need me.. I'm nothing without you." I said looking down. His fingers played through my hair, traveling down over my cheeks and to my chin, pushing it up to look into his eyes. "Elijah and Emma, Lily and Jareth, Alida and Salrion, they need you Taylor.. Beware of Kristine my love." He said his voice sounding like it was getting farther away. I quickly held onto him tighter. "Why, why Kristine, what's going on?" I asked fast. "Get Elijah to tell you what he is.. Then you will learn everything you need to know.." His voice said, then there was silence as his body slowly disappeared. I fell to my knees, crying. "Justin wait, please, I need you!" I sobbed. ---end of dream-- My eyes opened slowly to her a beeping sound, and bright lights blinding me. Were was I.. It took a while for my eyes to focus, but when they did, I realized I was in the hospital. I sat up a bit, which caused a bit of pain, and looked down. I would do as Justin had said..
